The strangest thing just happened to me. I'm a smoker, right, and I know I should quit, but I'm not ready yet. So I went to a local tobacco shop to get cigarettes and wasn't sure what brand to buy, because I used to smoke Basics, and now I'm trying to boycott all things Rethuglican, including Philip Morris. And it turned out the owner felt the same way I did about Philip Morris. (They didn't have Dunhills so I went with Winston. Lesser of two evils.)

Then, as I'm walking back to work, I almost get run over by a guy coming out of a parking garage. He stops to apologize and goes, "Hey, didn't I see you at the Democratic Party meeting..." Which led to my second encouraging encounter in less than five minutes.

You never know who will agree with you when you actually have the balls to explain what you're doing.

What happened it was on my way to the store to buy a black and mild cigar I almost got ran over. I posted about it earlier.
