What is it? How often do you do it?

On 4 of them I do weight training and cardio and the other 2 just cardio and stretching. I spend about an 1 1/2 in the gym. I also hike fairly regularly. It's the most productive and beneficial thing I do for myself and I recommend it to everyone. Great stress reliever and it keeps you young. I'm 36 and in better shape than most 22 year olds I know.

2. Sound almost identical to mine. |

I do 35-55 minutes of cardio + weights 4-5 days a week (1 1/2 hrs. in the gym). Plus 1 day a week I do the cardio and pilates.
I've only been doing this since the end of August, but I already feel so much better than doing nothing.
This is going to be a way of life for me.

I've been at it for 15 years now. I was an out of shape kid and terrible at sports. My physical confidence was nil. I'm still not good at team sports (uncoordinated as hell) but I'm really proud of my strength and stamina. It really does become such a habit after awhile. If I can't work out on a particular day I feel like I didn't brush my teeth or something- just not right.

4-5 miles perhaps more 3-4 times a week. It's hard with kids and when it is dark by 5:30 pm.

5. I weight train 4-6 times per week |
|
I change the intensity and number of workouts so they don't get tiresome. I used to run alot but now that I'm walking to classes I don't bother.
