Wash it first (lather, rinse, repeat) then apply conditioner and leave it on while I wash everything else. Rinse conditioner off and I'm done.

23. I like Dr. Bronner's Peppermint soap myself.

Nice and refreshing in the morning. Useful as a body wash too. $30 for a gallon, and it's concentrated and lasts forever.

I found it really drying on my hair/skin (which is exacerbated by the really horrible water we have here); and I used to put it in our hand soap dispenser, but my husband would complain that it was too watery.

So now it's Liggett's on my head and Tom's of Maine on my hands.

1) Hands (with a scrub brush, cause i work with them and they are often dirty)
2) Hair (I like starting from the top)
3) the rest of me......ALL of it....THOROUGHLY
4) Face (with a facial brush. No more acne for this geeky, truck driver type)
5) My doggie. (Before he died and when he needed it. Mr BB was cool, he would jump right in the shower with me and sit patiently waiting for his turn!)
