7. I Believe It's Alright

If you have written a piece in which you have a lot of pride, I see nothing wrong with suggesting it for the front page. Your work may have been overlooked by those who would have nominated it. Someone may have seen it, been very impressed, but forgotten about the option to nominate it. Make sure your piece at least gets considered.

I envisioned a 'committee' of mods deliberating over front-page content without regard to the number of nominations. Still, it couldn't hurt to show confidence in your own work.

Anyone can click it, I think. If your thread gets enough nominations, the Mods will put it on the home page.
