Eva Cassidy - What a voice that woman had!

She died at 32 of cancer but left behind many live and studio recordings. She was incredible. So sad she never achieved the success she deserved while she was living.

Her version of Sting's "Fields of Gold" is mesmerizing.

Her Field of Gold is better than Sting's. A simply marvelous voice.

Her style of music turns me off though. Bit soppy for me.

That's my favorite as well. And I also agree she's a little spooky

I think her voice has a haunting quality to it.
