My experience with the LAPD is if you're actually being arrested, they read them.
If they're f*cking with you, they don't.

if they did, and they presented the answers in the case, they would be inadmissable

but if they have physical or eye-witness evidence, then, well, you can be found guilty without the Miranda rights being read
