Amateur Visual Basic Question: Is there a timer/pause code?

I'm trying to spell my name like a little animation.

Example:

B (Pause a half second)
O (Pause a half second)
B (pause a half second)


Also: What programs to cellphone games run on? Thanks in advance.

1. Some objects have Wait methods

and some objects don't, so it depends on what it is that you want to pause.
