Mods or anyone else, help please? I can't log on from home.

Can the mods or anyone else help me with this problem. I can never log on from my home computer. I type my SN and my password, but it doesn't let me on. It says, "Please Register" where it's supposed to say "logged in as GOPBasher." Does anyone have any advice? I'm not on my home computer right now, and I may not be able to get it, so if anyone can help, can you DU mail me please? Thanks a lot.
