What did you have for dinner tonight?
I had a bowl of potato soup in the company of five Democrats who were bashing Bush. The soup was good. The bashing was even better. I never saw these people before which made the bashing extra delicious. Soup. Mmmmmm, Mmmmmm, Good!

4. A pepporoni calzone with salt and vinegar potato chips and
a diet Mountain Dew to wash it all down. Not exactly the healthiest of dinners, but what was worse was that I ate all by myself.

36. Fresh Turnip Greens and Butterbeans
Edited on Wed Sep-24-03 10:47 AM by YellowDogRedneck
Thanks to a neighbor 3 miles down the road.I caught 2 wild hogs in my traps last week and had my sons take one to Mr.Roberts,a 80 year old black man who lives with his wife down the road.Mr.Roberts came by with a washtub of turnips and a bushel of beans. Those of us who are old and disabled tend to rely on each other for things most people take for granted. My sons live 70 miles away and I hate to bother them, but getting wildhogs out of traps isn't a job for the old cripples like me.They decided to destroy my hog trap so they won't have to be bothered.I reckon me and Mr.Roberts will have to build another and figure out how to get them hogs out ourselves. We love messing with the young-uns minds, just cause we can.
