so, i actually watched the bush guy babble. i don't usually, because he generally makes me irritated/ill/angry/incredulous/stunned/wanting to throw something at the tv/etc...same as most of y'all, i'm sure! but, anyway, i watched, because i was curious what the hell he was going to say (nothing, as usual, but that sex slavery thing sure had me going all like "huh????")

then chirac had his say, which i also tuned in for. true, jacques is not dominique de villepin, who is sexy, charming, and french--but what jacques lacks in that area is made up for by a french accent too, and also that part where he was right, is right, and ...well, what more does he need?

so! where do i need your DU aid? well, in anticipation of the renewed french bashing that is certain to come, i rushed out and bought a bottle of french wine. i am committed to taking a deep swallow every time i hear "cheese eating surrender monkeys." the problem is, i've turned off the cable news garbage, and have no way of knowing how often those words are uttered.

do you see my dilemma?
