9. I have tons of problems with my back...

I went to my massage therapist Saturday morning, every thing he touched screamed in pain. I woke up Sunday feeling every muscle and then some. By last night, it was to the point of "I can't frickin move". I now feel like a giant bruise. Please don't touch me, it hurts!

I had a PT screw me up with a bad massage once too. I could hardly walk for 2 weeks. (I couldn't walk that well anyway, hence the PT, but she really put me back.)

That sucks!

It had been way too long since I'd been, and I was in a mess. I knew I'd be feeling it for days, just didn't think it would be this bad!

18. I went to the Chiropractic College for a while for cheap adjustments

Until I left there with a knot the size of a grapefruit in my back that wasn't there before...I did go back to have someone that knew what they were doing fix that, but haven't gone back there since. Only REAL chiropractors from now on!

10. I'm out of my muscle relaxers and need to go back to the doctor

But I have no insurance until Jan. 15th, and just can't afford to go. So, I'm taking every over the counter thing I can think of...my body doesn't care.

But I did take a screaming hot shower last night and this morning...helped a little...I can turn my head a little more to the right than I could before.
