FLIRTING, some might argue, is just a bit of fun.
But according to researchers, flirting is what men and women are most likely to lie about. Almost half of us complain our partner has told fibs to cover up flirtations.
Psychologists also found women are particularly upset by men who exaggerate their wealth or career status to impress them.
Men tended to complain more about being "led on".
The study of almost 900 men and women aged 18 to 30 was conducted by researchers at the University of California, the University of Texas and Bielefeld University in Germany.
