the Who and the Beatles
Edited on Wed Sep-24-03 03:16 PM by yorgatron
would this make sense to anybody else? the Who are missing the bass player and drummer (RIP Kieth Moon and John Entwhistle) and the only Beatles left (RIP John Lennon and George Harrison) are the bass player and drummer.sounds like a good combo to me.

2. Hmmmm. Call them "The Who-tles"
Could sell a bunch of albums. But not to me. I'm afraid time has passed them by.

3. That would never happen.
It wouldn't be all about McCartney. There's no chance.

4. i like the idea......
......but i'd rather see elvis costello and eric clapton team up with paul and ringo.

nobody could ever replace george and john, though.

7. i think it would work best
if they only did new material.the Who have been getting by for far too long only playing their more popular songs, and McCartney's best work was never his solo material.
