Best route from Western Mass to Dover, NH?

Hey folks, I'm going to Dover, NH saturday morning to see Wesley Clark speak, and I have no idea what's the best way to get there. I'm in Western MA...any suggestions? I'm looking for the fastest trip without Route 2, if possible.

1. Start out going East on MA-102/CHURCH ST toward W MAIN ST. Continue to follow MA-102 E. 5.23 Miles

2. Turn SLIGHT LEFT. 0.05 Miles

3. Merge onto I-90 E/MASS PIKE/MASSACHUSETTS TURNPIKE (Portions toll). 79.37 Miles

4. Take the exit- exit number 10- toward I-290/WORCESTER/I-395/OXFORD/WEBSTE R. 0.47 Miles

5. Merge onto I-290 E via the exit- on the left- toward WORCESTER. 20.70 Miles

6. Merge onto I-495 N via exit number 26B- on the left- toward LOWELL. 56.15 Miles

7. I-495 N becomes I-95 N (Portions toll). 14.55 Miles

8. Take the US-4/RT-16 exit- exit number 4- on the left toward N.H. LAKES/WHITE MTS./SPAULDING TPKE. 1.65 Miles

9. Merge onto NH-16 N (Portions toll). 8.29 Miles

10. Take the RT-108 exit- exit number 7- toward DOVER/DURHAM. 0.18 Miles

11. Turn RIGHT onto NH-108/CENTRAL AVE. 0.04 Miles

12. Stay straight to go onto NH-108/CENTRAL AVE. Continue to follow NH-108 N. 1.24 Miles

13. Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto NH-4 W/NH-9 W. 0.03 Miles

2. Probably 495 to 95......up to RTE 16/4 bears left, straight goes to

Maine. Get on the toll road and go up to exit 8E, follow straight thru 2 lights, take a left. This would bring you into the downtown area.
