BEST...slide...guitar...solo...EVER.

One of the best "live" albums of all time, too.

5. Lowell George ...
and his Sears Craftsman 9/16ths socket. He actually did have small feet, that's how the band wound up with that name -- supposedly, somebody started calling him that while he was in Zappa's band, The Mothers Of Invention, before he and Roy Estrada left to form Little Feat.

There's also a great story Paul Barrere (I believe it was) used to tell about Lowell George and cigarette lighters.

6. I'm willin' to give him a listen. Been a fan since their first LP,
the self-titled "Little Feat." Great album, the first(and not nearly as polished)version of "Willin'" is on it. Done in E instead of G it's got some great Ry Cooder slide work on it.
