I think Jen's poise wins hands down. Kelly was good too but Jen was unruffled through the entire series.

2. Trump really screwed himself this season.

Jen and Kelly are boring and fake. It would have been interesting to see Raj or Pamela.

Trump continually got rid of people for idiotic reasons that created a boring outcome and would have had real job applicants heading to an employment lawyer.
