Tums or Pepto-Bismol?

Ok, my stomach is doing flip-flops right now. I really feel sort of nauseuous. It must have been something I ate today. Ugh.

Anyway, what do you take for an upset stomach? What's best? I don't usually have this kind of problem...but right now...it's just bothering me.

17. Tums or other Calcium-Based Antacids

I occasionally have that problem and tums or antacids seem to work just fine. If it's really bad, you can take a pinch of baking soda and wash it down with a few sips of cold water. Hope you feel better quick!

20. Try something with mint in it - gum, peppermint, whatever. Also -

try room-temperature 7-up and a few saltines. Sip - do not gulp.

And I'll agree that Pepto makes me puke - EVERY TIME.
