so that doesnt count. It was a flight from Athens, to NYC, to Dallas, and I wish so much I could have stayed and visited. I love watching movies with NYC in them, for instance, I saw Spiderman 2 last night, and loved the tall buildings and all...thinking that he would have been lost in central Texas! I mean, he could have hooked onto some cows I guess...but not much of a story plot!

...taxicab drivers are a fearsome lot.

But whether today or 30 years ago -- this holds true: As a pedestrian, do NOT get in the way of an empty cab moving to get his fare, or a full one flying around a corner. That's what's Truly Scary.
