Poached, fried, sunny side up, hard boiled, soft boiled, deviled, made into an omelet and yes, even smeared on someone's breasts. I love eggs - they are the world's most perfect food and I CAN'T EAT THEM!!!!!! :nuke:

They make me terribly ill. I haven't eaten eggs in about 8 years. Every once in a while, when I know I don't have to do anything at all for a few days, I will make myself a big plate of eggs or an omelet and savor every last bite.

Then I will be violently sick for two days. ~sigh~ But it's worth it.

10. Poached, three at a time

In a big frying pan of simmering water with a tbsp vinegar for
about 4 minutes, slotted spatula onto english muffins, fresh
ground pepper.

Toast but don't butter the muffins.  Egg flavor without butter
flavor; rare treat.

Start the toast, then crack the eggs into the water.  When the
toast is done, so are the eggs.

If you need lots of eggs for a salad, poach them this way
instead of boiling, and you avoid the shelling job.

Easy eggs benedict tip: poach the eggs the night before and
store in pan of water in the fridge.  The hot sauce will warm
them up fine.

Fry up a pound of sausage patties.
Break eggs in hot grease.
Let whites set.
Spoon hot grease over the yolks until set and filmed over, but still liquid.
Kinda between sunnyside up and over easy.
We called 'em sop eggs, cause you sopped up the yolk with biscuits or toast.
Grandpa taught me how circa 1950.

32. That's how my mum used to fry eggs

except we'd use bacon or kielbassa. Love it that way, but I don't know if my cholesterol would! lol

I love frittatas...the versatility. Whatever veggies or meat I have around, they get put in.

Quiche and scrambled is good too; once in awhile I like poached or fried. Hardboiled for salads.
