Stangle is a Bulloxer, 7/8 Bully and 1/8 Boxer. Thea's really a beautiful girl, but was pouting in that pic since I had given her a bath earlier in the day. Not that she didn't enjoy the bath - she did. But she was offended at the implication that she was less than beautiful before, you see.

like pugs. I petted a bulldog for the first time in my life last week at Petsmart and I was very surprised by the extremely soft coat. I guess I expected wiry feeling hair.

They have different kinds of coats. Bulldogs are closely related to terriers, and some have that wiry, stiff kinda fur. Althea's coat is sorta like that. Stangle's got more of a boxer coat. Very short and soft. He dried off a LOT quicker than she did after their baths.
