4. I'm so sorry - that's a rotten place to have one

I had one in my neck that I had surgery on - neck surgery is pretty successful for the most part and it came out very well.

I also have one in my lower back which I will not have surgery on. I try to keep my weight down and my abdominals strong - the best way, I'm told, of avoiding lower back pain.

I think I hurt myself with a crick in the neck over the weekend.

Don't try to fix yourself with too much zealous behavior.

Hang in there, ask for good medications. don't move a lot
