My Fluffy just left for Rainbow Bridge...... :-(

I know there are alot of animal lovers here and can understand my heart ache. My 14 year old cat just shut down and I had to let him go.

I hate this, you know it's right but it hurts so damned bad. I am so grateful for all his 14 years... he wss a wild cat that adopted me and my son.. he had a good life and gave us joy.

I'm so sorry, nini. I'm a cat-person myself, and it's horrible to lose one.

I went to the pound and got a kitten the same day I had my last guy put down. Doesn't in anyway replace the lost one, but it sure does make ya smile.

When I had to put down my 19 year old cat about a year ago, I wrote a tribute to her here on DU. It made me feel better....that she hadn't passed without people knowing how special she was. (Course I made half the lounge cry but they understood.)

24. There's also a new baby in the family. Olivia is born

What a day! My sisters nephew and his wife ( by marriage so I'm not directly related but kinda) had a baby girl today. Olivia arrived at just under 10 lbs, 20 inches.!

My head is spinning from my wide range of emotions... ahhh the circle of life!
