Poll question: DU End Of Year Census - How Many People Are Now On Your Ignore?

Since the post-election chaos and the incessant flamewars, I thought it might be a good time to ask the perennial question - how many people do you have on ignore? Has that number gone up since the election?

I've tried it with certain posters who irritate me, but my incredible curiosity to see what they're posting NOW leads me to take them off ignore. :evilgrin:

I have more of a mental ignore list. Certain stuff by certain people just merits a heavy sigh and a shake of the head.

It's gone way up after the election. At one point there were more than eighty people on it. What sucks is that every now and then someone will reply to one of my messages who I have on ignore, and I start doing this thing where I unignore half of them and see if that fixes it, then repeat it until I can see who the message is from. I wish there were a way to peek to find out who it is so I could just unignore that one person.

The more people I put on ignore, the better it gets. The signal/noise ratio improves.

Plus, it's still the case that when DU is good, it's really good.

I was a Dean supporter for a long time, and a DFA member even now. I don't think I'd ever put someone on just because I disagree with them politically - I enjoy sparring with people who also enjoy it enough to value it's parameters; it's usually good for both sides.
