and in the Ozark Cafe. Sort of neat there, because they have old newspapers on the wall for you to read!

Never could figure that out. What do the owners want the patrons to start "tossing off" right there in the stall. Their pants are down, they are drunk, their member is in hand and there is a naked lady posted on the wall. Sounds like a recipe for disaster.
