Go to store and find these things:
Baking section: semi-sweet (not anything else) chocolate, the little sugar shapes you put on cakes to spell things
paper products section: the snack sized plastic bags and a box of plastic spoons
Go home and get a coupe of pans, one bigger than the other. (unless you have a double burner. Boys, if you do, I salute you)
Fill the big one with water and bring to a boil.
Put the other one in and make sure you can grip the handle to it. It will make a double burner.
Put the chocolate in the pan and stir until melted.
Take spoons and dip in the chocolate.
Put on plate or tray side by side. Put a sugar confection on the chocolate on the spoon and put in frig when done.
Take out when ready to go and use a knife dipped in hot water to sever them from tray. Put into snack-size bags and give as gifts. People will swoon and think of you when they stir their coffee and cocoa and think you are a genius.
RV, who just made 36 of them, eight loaves of bread, 8 mince meat tarts, 2 pumpkin pie tarts, a mincemeat pie and a pumpkin pie and six dozen cookies to put into gift bags with tiny pecan pie tartlets for the neighbors. :) Merry Christmas one and all.
