After all, how many historical dictators didn't have one? Apart from Napoleon, but he's French. Or Caesar, but he's Roman and all they did was copycat the Greeks anyway.

Only if it is under circumstances similar to Saddam's.
Bush the international war criminal is finally found in his hidy-hole, and comes out sporting long disheveled hair. He looks disoriented, and in his delusion asserts he is still the president of the United States.

you may be able to beat me in a game of scrabble or maybe a beard-off, you might beat me in that because I dont have a beard and when I do it comes in all patchy.
