I knew what my bro's gf was getting me, and I got to open them last night. Everything else.. I'm not so sure about. Damn it. x(

4. I said no, but it's not true.

I know what my husband's parents are giving us. They're giving us a trip to Chicago so my 3-month-old can meet my dad.

I have no idea what my husband is getting me.

5. I wrap my own presents from my parents.

They are getting up there...so I trim their tree, decorate the mantle, chop the firewood, and wrap all of the presents. But Mom still cooks a mean XMas supper!

It ain't about the presents though.

Still, I am getting a cool new compost container and birdfeeder, as well as a little weather station (I'm a weather freak of sorts).

7. My son was a weather freak when he lived at home.

We built a weather station for him, and got him some equipment for it.

He was a weather watcher for a local TV station when he was young. It was great fun for him.
