my father's SUV (because he's a Republican), but I just learned that he's turned against AWOL-Bush (thinks he's a big dumdum now) and now he likes Clark.

6. You never can tell one by the car they drive
Yesterday, I saw a 15 year old chevy cavalier with more dents than paint that had a brand new bush/cheney bumper sticker on it. Some people just can't figure things out.
:freak:

7. BMW? Mercedes?
I don't know, I'm sure there are plenty of pro-establishment Dems driving cars like this. But who would put a sticker on these cars?

8. Probably that Porshe SUV that came flying out of the parking garage
yesterday that was too busy on his cell phone to pay attention to the fact that my crappy corolla with a DU sticker on the back of it was coming his way.

But I'm a smart driver - didn't hit it (although I'm sure he had the bucks to pay for it)

11. Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith!
Not many Demo stickers on them!

Probably would never see a Repuke sticker on a Honda Insight either!

24. The Ford F-U, or whatever that monster is called
It's the BIG assed pick-up truck, the one with four wheels in the back that's been customized and detailed to the max. The one that's never seen a sack of manure ("Horrors! And ruin this expensive paint job?!"), a farm animal, a load of furniture, or a flat of vegetables in its life.

It's *not* true that liberals don't drive pick-ups - the parking lot of my Unitarian church holds dozens. My Socialist relatives own several. But these are *working* trucks: you can count on finding the remains of at least one load of mulch or a few mattress pads in each (along with serious clots of mud in their tires, and an old "McGovern for President" bumper-sticker).

Drivers of the Ford F-U would never stoop so low as to actually use their vehicles to carry stuff. It would spoil their image.
