I did Weight Watchers On-line. It's very easy.
I also walked about 20 minutes a day.

Even been thinking about hypnosis. As a psychologist, I was trained in Ericksonian hypnosis years ago & was pretty fair at doing trance work with others, but never got very good at self-hypnosis. Any thoughts on doing this from anybody? Any experiences?

9. I'm reading a book on self-hypnosis

for helping with weight loss and self confidence. It's too early to tell if it's going to help but I figure it can't hurt. I'm affirming positive thoughts and working toward a goal. That's a lot better than beating myself up and using food for comfort.
