More Freeper Values

We were at a truck stop in Porter, Indiana. As we pulled up to the pump, a big Ford pickup with the crew cab was pulling away. It had W-04 and Free Republic stickers on it.

I pumped my gas, using the on-pump credit card reader, and went inside for a coffee.

The fellow at the register said, you;re pump six, right? I replied "Yes." And he said "Thirty two-50 on gas..." and started ringing it up!

"I said whoa! I paid at the pump, and have the receipt right here... And no way you could put $30 in gas into a Prius! It has a ten gallon tank!"

So I described the drive-off truck to him, but didn't note the license except that it was Indiana tags. He called the cops...

So is this the sort of way Freepers and W supporters deal with high gas prices????

Criminals the lot of them, I say.
