WASHINGTON: President George W. Bush has given his wife Laura dessert plates to complement her china pattern and she gave him a raincoat in their Christmas gift exchange, a White House spokesman has said.

He gets the President's salary. He may not earn it. He should have been fired during his last review, but he is the President.
