You can come down to Pgh and go to our friend's house if you behave...OUr New Years is swamped with brunches and New Year's Day brunches. Weird. I think we will be too tired from doing little on the actual NYE night to go to them.

Our son is having friends over (we do it every year so we know where the boys are at 12:00 and beyond).

Having lasagna - going bowling - home to watch the ball drop and drink sparkling grape juice (ugh). - I'll bake some cookies and leave out chips and dip for the boys to eat while hubby and I try to sleep.

Then pancakes for breakfast.

A psych-noise band from Detroit called Paik is playing a show at Asterisk Gallery on Professor Street. My band opened for 'em last time they made the trip down, they're awesome. Loud as all get-out, lights, projections, the works. And if y'all are hinky about driving home, I live right around the corner. I won't presume that Mrs. Beastman is into the big rock thing, but if she is, this promises to be pretty cool.
