got a TOS e-mail from AOl, after redoing my password etc, it seems that whomever sent out a bunch of the hallmark card greetings. I didn't recognize any of the screen names to whom the mail was sent. I checked earlier today an found a trojian which I killed.

So you don't have to input it each time? It may be convenient, but it puts it in a file easily accessible to hackers.
I encourage everyone never to allow stored passwords in any application.
