First I would like to thank the decorating committee you all really did a great job getting the room looking so great though I have to say (looks at arwalden's table) a little more pastel than suits my taste...

AND I would very much like to thank the Food Groups for putting together this (picks up 3X5 card) "organic vegan spaghetti" dinner (relooks at 3X5 card, sets card on table) and I hope that all that was said in what we will call the "Iron Chef incident" has passed and there are no hard feelings (looks at Catwoman looks at matcom)...

Well it was another big year and it was really tough picking out just one winner what with William Hung taking off, Mike Hunt winning his election, Bill O'Reilly and felafelgate, and some very spirited stories to end the year but the winner has been decided and..

oh I almost forgot can we have a moment of silence for the passing of Laura Branigan.........thank you.
