Another techie question: Unusual problem... (IE/Mozilla browser wont work) |

And yet, I'm able to ping from my command prompt (and get e-mail) from this client's computer.
The only problem is that the browser doesn't work. I tried IE and Mozilla (and also Adaware/Spybot updates) and it doesn't work. It just times out while "waiting"
What could it be? Help me diagnose this problem.
Client's computer is running on Windows 2000. We originally thought it was an TCP/IP issue, but it isn't.
