Have you ever opened a neighbor's mail by mistake?

Ooooops! Delivered to me by the mailmain. ALthough I don't know the neighbor's name so it could be someone who moved. And owes an awful lot on her cable bill

1. I did that once

It was an electric bill - I just assumed it was mine. I wound up putting it in another envelope with a note and sending it on. I never heard anything more about it.
