17. I got out FIFTEEN minutes early from work, RAN over to the Metro

which just a few blocks over from my apt, and tried to find some freak who'd sell me a ticket to the LAST EVER Guided by Voices show. But all I ran into were drunken cretins mewling and hooting like drunken cretins.

I gave up, frustrated, and now sit, in front of my eMac screen absorbing this new identity: "loser."

If anyone DID go to the show, and posts in the lounge, at least furnish me with a setlist, por favor.
