I didn't want to put WHITE TRASH in the subject line and I hope that doesn't offend anyone but they are WHITE TRASH.

First they live on the third floor of a three floor apartment building. They live above us and a young professional couple.

They throw GARBAGE off the fire escape staircase. GARBAGE!!! I have had to clean it up twice already. GARBAGE!!

Last night I walked out on the front porch and their car is parked AGAINST my wife's car. I have no idea how they got their car into that spot and NO idea how they ever thought they could fit in there. Well just now the girl came out to take some guy home (not her SO) and BACKED UP moving my wife's car 2 feet backwards. She apparently was totally unaware that her car was parked like that.

My wife just went off on her.

Totally freakin' WHITE TRASH clueless.

1. You throw ANYTHING off balconies, etc, here and that's cause for EVICTION.

Another neighbor saw the whole thing and then we informed him about the GARBAGE. He said the same thing I did ~"People get out from under Momma's wing and think it is Animal House".

4. Report these people

first to the landlord, then to the sanitation department. Strewing garbage around like that probably violates health codes in your area. Get a camera, and take a photo the next time these idiots park against your vehicles. Document any damages, and take them to small claims court.

If your landlord doesn't want his property values to go down, I bet he'll evict them. This sort of behavior is in violation of most lease agreements I've read.

5. I think I am going to collect it AGAIN and throw on their porch

"Whiskey Tango" is the phrase in vogue now, so much more appealing than White Trash because it references:
1)alcohol
and

2)hot dancing

but mostly for -
3)you can say it in front of White Trash and they are too dim to realize that you are insulting them!

10. I understand why the term is offensive

why is the term "trash" qualified by the adjective "white"?

(on edit): Is the default position for "trash" non-white, so that "white trash" has to be identified as such?

Are people that do things like throw garbage off a third story balcony better or worse because they are white than they would be if they weren't?

It is the idea that the race of trashy people is important that is offensive.
