In regards to the oft-spoofed "Dammit, Jim, I'm a doctor, not a _____" : What was the actual line uttered by Dr. McCoy, and what episode was it in?

I remeber "back in the day" the local station had "Dammit Jim I'm a doctor--not an escalator!" as a promo; I can't remeber the name of the episode in question, but it was a primitive planet being courted by both the Federation and Klingons. The local society had some really extreme "only the strong survive" ethic and killed all of the sick. Including a pregnant lady who was some sort of noble. Bomes was sipposed to help her up a steep trail to escape pursuit.
That's the best I got for ya at the moment--hope it helps!

3. Moon shuttle conductor, engineer, escalator, bricklayer... he said many. |
|
I don't recall them all, but I remember many which went where: "Escalator" was said in "Friday's Child".
"Moon shuttle conductor" I think was said in "Charlie X" or possibly "Man Trap".
"Bricklayer" came from "The Devil in the Dark"
I should know where he said "Engineer", I recall the whole scene... oh well.
