I think she has a very engaging laugh. When she laughs at something the other anchor says, it makes what they said funnier. It's contagious or something.

I understand she was a very good athlete in college, which probably is the result of always having interest in sports. Likely why she has her job today.

She's not classically beautiful, but she's attractive.
