Just by taking a good B vitamin each day, you can raise your homocysteine level and help protect yourself against heart attacks and strokes.
It pisses the big pharmaceutical companies off that something so mundane can be so effective against heart attack and stroke.
Did I get this right?

Flexo or Floggy or something with an "F" and what looks like an "X" in it.
If vitamin B pills are all I need to pop, then I'll nip by the local walgreens instead. I love poppin' pills, but I prefer popping pills that won't leave me penniless. :D
