So they are playing to the American longing for Clinton as prez. Clinton has a major decision to make. If he becomes Sec'y Gen'l he will either be a tool of the Bushistas (what they want) or a real sec'y gen'l like Koffi (what they fear) He may be the only man alive who is able to craft a middle east settlement. That's what they fear. For that reason, I don't think they will put Clinton forward. Again, I could be wrong.
