Does anyone know this movie about a poet who was wrongly

institutionalized for mental illness in either Australia or New Zealand and then wrote a book and it was published and made her semi famous....

The woman was large with a shock of Red wild hair sticking straight up.....

I saw it about ten years ago on the IFC and can't find it anywhere.....
