my cousin is a detective...told me the following...
1. they arrested a guy who would walk down grocery aisles exposing himself to young women.
2. the funniest one... a fellow who got caught on a department store video tape molesting mannequins.. the guy would surreptitiously sidle up to a mannequin and he would slip his hands under the garments to fondle certain mannequin features... my cousin said the tapes were creepy and funny...
