You know, one of those groups interested in eliminating people's right to sue corporations.

Incidentally, those warngins are not necessarily due to lawsuits, but rather due to human stupidity. A college friend of mine was studying pharmacy and while working at a pharmacy received a call. A person had picked up their pills, and after opening them discovered a silicon dioxide packet labeled 'do not eat'. The person was wondering how to take the pills if they could not be eaten...
