For some reason when I change numbers in a formula, the results aren't changing unless I go in and delete and replace the equal sign. Anybody know why this is happening or how to fix?

try using find & replace. Might be faster.

then there should be a tab that says calculations. Sometimes they get flipped back to manual..had that happen to me a few times at work. Just a thought.
