I am a size D. I went to a size DDD, probably bigger, when I was pregnant, and my breasts never fell that way. Even on my pre-pregnancy clothes, which did lock them in.

The skin around the breast moves too--when they are "locked in" and lifted, the space between them decreases, not the other way around. You will not get that kind of melon look with natural breasts no matter how big they are.

The location on the picture is not where they insert the implant. If they cut the breast at all, it would be on the under side. But these days, they actually cut around the nipple and insert them there.
