I'm sick of it! I'm 18, give me a month with a personal trainer, a professional photographer and some air brushing people and I would look just as good as her.. I'm not saying I'm hot, what I'm say is, the pictures you see on the magazine covers, ARE NOT REAL! THEY'RE FAKE! They are air brushed and retouched to high heaven and she does NOT really look like that! No one on the covers of magazines do! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH :grr:

What I meant by all this, is I hate the media pushing these girls in our faces saying this is how you should look when the people they're saying we should look like, don't even look like in real life. I'm not saying shes ugly, I'm just saying that the pictures are air brushed, they are, they do that to everyone of them and if you were to air brush the picture of any woman in America, she could look just as good.

No, not just any woman in America could look as good as the top Hollywood actresses. Most of them have natural beauty as well as computer-generated beauty.

And people should take what the media says at face-value. It's not their fault if someone sees Lindsey Lohan on tv and assumes that she has to look just like her. She can't.

I don't know what year the magazine is from. I just got it from google. Its just as sick as Britney Spears becoming a sex object at age 16 for doing a video dressed up as a catholic school girl, or the fact that most models start at age 14.
But that's how things are. Of course most women were married by age 17 at one point in history, so whatever.

Hetero guys just don't get it, they really don't.

It's not that you are jealous of her, you're jealous of the attention afforded someone who is largely fake. I'm not sure Lindsay is the best example of that, as I do think she is one of, if not the prettiest of the teensters. Her breasts are fake, you are right about that.

Many men don't care if it's fake as long as it looks real (or in the case of breasts, look bigger). One of the most frustrating guy moments I've had was in college trying to explain that X, who "is a natural girl", was in fact wearing foundation, fake eyelashes, and a pushup bra.
