Does "physical attraction" meet just a random, fleeting hot flash, or does it mean something strong enough you'd want some follow-through? Cause the random hot flashes are common enough to be meaningless, but like Lydia Leftcoast says, if the person opens his/her mouth and something foul comes out, it just turns off like flicking a switch. Attraction that's more than a passing-quick-and-gone-forever thought has to involve more. The way the person moves. The way they smell. Etc.

My position is clear. Physical attractiveness is decided by physical charactaristics. If the level of attraction is lessened by some kind of verbal exchange then that is merely overall attractiveness, not the physical attractiveness.

As far as your question to me, attraction is by degrees and not by type.
