Boy, does insomnia SUCK

This is the second Saturday night in a row that I am thoroughly unable to sleep. Last week I was in Dallas and had to get up for a 7:25 flight back to Pittsburgh, and I didn't sleep for a minute until I was on the plane. Tonight I have the same problem, but don't have to fly anywhere, thankfully (although if I did I could get some sleep!) I've read a book, run through countless word games in my head and just shut my eyes and tried to sleep, to no avail. I finally got up, took a warm shower and will have a bowl of cereal in a minute. Maybe in a couple of hours I can try again. I HATE this!!
